Signed to the mighty V Recordings, Paul T & Edward Oberon bring their sophisticated blend of soulful yet dirty Drum & Bass to their latest collaborative EP.
With a shared love for Bristol bass, and the classic sound of Jungle, Paul T & Edward Oberon have already had an impressive discography; following on from the debut Liquid V EP ‘Colours Of The Sun’ which was supported by Friction, Fabio, Bailey, Random Movement and more.
Exploring two sides of the D&B spectrum, ‘Stay Forever’ is up first. Packed with silky smooth melodies, including infectious vocals, it rolls deliciously and maintains a unique quality. ‘Taking Over Me’ should satisfy those with a higher threshold for heaviness, throwing in sharp, punchy drops and a grittier bass line for good measure, whilst ‘Fire’ is an immersive, raw cut that combines a thunderous, drum-led intro with dark yet smoothly riding vocals.
With a growing fan base, and tonnes of new music on the way, 2016 is set to be a bumper year for Paul T & Edward Oberon.
